last night we could not get the DVD player and the tv to cooperate (turned out the remote was programmed wrong), I called today before we went out to go shopping & meet up with Rachel to see if the front desk could send someone up to figure it out. we just returned to find the hangover (as in my DVD copy) playing on the tv. perfection.
